Christopher Lee Wendland
Christopher Lee Wendland, 58, went to be with his Lord and Savior June 7th, 2023, after an extended battle with cancer. Survivors include his wife, Letitia, father, Terry, and siblings, Coleen, Doreen, Deborah, and Dean. Chris graduated High School in Frederick, MD, and worked for a satellite communications company traveling greatly, most notably Africa. His career became varied, working in technical jobs and as an assembly line supervisor. He enjoyed a private life, loved his family, and was dedicated to his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
The Family thanks Centra Health Home Hospice for their dedicated attention and comfort they provided for him and the family during his final days. The family will hold a private memorial service. In lieu of flowers or food, the Family requests your consideration of a memorial contribution to St. Jude’s Hospital for Children or shepardschapel.com.

Coleen, Doreen and entire family, I am so sorry to hear of the passing Chris. Sending everyone love, hugs and prayers for strength in the upcoming days and beyond. Chris fought a good fight and is now in the loving arms of Jesus. 2 Timothy 4:7 I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.
