I would like to send my sincere condolences to Aunt Josephine, CJ and the entire family. I pray for your strength at this time. I didn't spend much time with Uncle Booda as an adult, but I have plenty of fond memories of him from my childhood. I can still hear him saying "Hey Pooh!". He always made me feel loved and special. After we loss my father and sister, he would always call to check on my sisters and I. It was always a pleasure to engage with him. To the family, I would just like to encourage you all to hold to God's unchanging hand, and in time you will all find peace and comfort. I am forever blessed to have had him as my uncle. May peace be upon you Uncle Booda. I love you forever. Please give Mommy a hug for me. Love always, Pooh.

It's with our sincere heart felt condolences to my aunt Josephine, cousin CJ and the Jones family. We will miss OG Curtis Booda Jones. He never met anyone he didn't befriend. His eyes showed compassion for everyone who crossed his path. Unk.was a provider, husband ,fathers ,grandfather, brother, brother in-law. As you are aware Curtis often paraphrased Psalm 23: 1-6 " I have walk through the valley of death. I will fear no evil. Curtis walked through the valley February 5, 2023 thou has wa.led with him. Thy rod and thy staff comfort me. We all have had loving concern during his extended illness and he kept the faith. 2 Timonthy 4: 2-8 I fought a good fight, I finish my course, I kept the faith: henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness , which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing. This should make us think... Curtis has only did what we have too do. Respectfully expressed love for my Unk. RIP Vincent Lee...

Mr. CurtisJones (Big Curt) was a guy that you could call"dad" and he would answer. Welcomed me into his home at a young age, taught me how to drive, talked to us about the things we are going through now and he Listened to you. I've never seen him upset he was always the same. I thank him for being a role model and father figure in my life. Sending my love and condolences to Ms Josephine, CJ and Family. Rome
