Helen Burks Ruff Rider, age 92 of Moneta, Virginia passed away on Monday, April 24, 2023. She was born June 12, 1930 to the late Hezzy Herman Ruff and Hattie Virginia Robertson Ruff. In addition to her parents, Helen is predeceased by her husband Harry L. Rider, her son Roy L. Rider, along with 5 brothers and 2 sisters.
Left to cherish her memory are her 3 children: Danny R. Rider, Deborah K. Faires, and Robert W. Rider, as well as her loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
