A visitation for Jim will be held from 12 to 1:30 pm on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at Elon Baptist Church, Madison Heights, Va. followed by funeral service with Reverend Steve Tyree officiating. Interment will follow the service at Elon Baptist Cemetery.
James Terry Lindsay
James Terry Lindsay, 74, of Monroe, Va. passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2022. He was the husband of Sarah Linda Lindsay. Born on June 21, 1948, in Bedford Va., he was the son of the late William T. Lindsay and Francis P. Lindsay.
James graduated from Liberty High School in Bedford, Va., followed by CVCC where he also graduated with an Associate in Electrical Engineering Degree.
He worked for IBM in Raleigh, N.C. for 33 years. After retirement, he continued to work for Electronic Marketing Associates as a Sales Engineering Consultant in the Military and Aerospace fields.
Along with his Mom and Dad, Jim was proceeded in death by his brother, Opie D Lindsay; and two sisters, Nancy Lindsay and Janet Lindsay.
Along with his wife, he is survived by his son, James Edward Lindsay and wife, Natasha Rivera Lindsay of Leland, N.C.
