Le’Kira Nyasia Watson, 23, of Lynchburg, VA unexpectedly transitioned on October 27, 2021 due to injuries sustained in a car accident.

Born September 14, 1998 to Fulton and Starla Watson III. Le’Kira graduated from E.C. Glass High School in June of 2017, She was a frequent visitor of Kingdom Power Worship Center. She loved to listen to music. She loved make-up, beauty enhancements, and was working towards a career as a beauty consultant. But most of all, she loved her FAMILY. She had a bond with her dad. A brother like a twin. A mom as her bestfriend.

Le’Kira was preceded in death by her great-grandfathers, Fulton Watson, Sr., and Adam Andrews Sr., and her grandfathers, Fulton Watson, Jr., and Ralph Saunders, Sr.

In addition to her parents, she leaves to cherish her memory her brother, Fulton Robert Watson, IV, and her great-grandfather, Isiah Gilbert; three great-grandmothers, Elizabeth Andrews, Texanna Watson and Yvonne Gilbert. Two grandmothers, Arnetha Saunders and Patrice Watson. Two Aunts, Stephanie Saunders and Shanara Watson. Three Uncles, Ralph Saunders Jr., Timothy Saunders, and Anthony Watson. A host of other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

The family of Le’Kira Watson would like to extend a special thanks for all the love and support from Anita Andrews, Shanara Watson, Vanessa Holloway, Measha Turpin, Aretha Andrews.

Baby, it’s sad I even have to write this but I’m missing you so much, I just recently talked to you, as well as for our birthdays, I love you an miss you so much Lekira. I never expected this. I swear I didn’t see it coming none of us did’ eveeyday I think about you! I called the hospital to make sure you were okay Lekira, I told the doctors to tell your mom I said I love you, pull thru baby. I can’t shake this feeling for nothing in the world. We grew up together pretty much, you were my very first best friend, you were loved by so many! Everyone misses you an love you beautiful. Save me a spot next to you! Please! I love you so much girl!
