Nancy Leigh Stevens Settles

Nancy Leigh Stevens Settles, 80, of Moneta, passed away on Tuesday, February 7, 2023. She was born in Bedford, VA on April 4, 1942. A daughter of the late William McKinley Stevens and Elizabeth Bowling Stevens.

Nancy was a member of Saunders Grove Church of the Brethren in Moneta. She always enjoyed her time spent at church and going to church events. Nancy in previous years enjoyed going to the beach, bus trips with her girlfriends, dancing and spending time with family. She was loved so much and will be missed by all that knew her.

Nancy is survived by her loving husband, Jimmy Lloyd Settles; two sons, Jeff Settles (Debbie) and Mark Settles (Jalenda); five grandchildren, Candice Ballinger (Jimmy), Brandon Settles (Jackie), Dylan Settles, Cameron Settles and Danielle Settles; one great-grandchild, Aria Ballinger; six sisters, Bernice Creasy, Carolyn Spradlin, Connie Mann, Jeanette Dooley, Kyma Holdren and Mary Saunders. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.
