Norma Virginia Lund Setzler

Norma Virginia Lund Setzler, 91, of Lynchburg, Virginia passed away on Wednesday, August 2, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ewell Baxter Setzler; daughter, Kimberly Ann Setzler; and parents, Chester and Helen Evans Lund.

Norma was born on June 20, 1932, in Manassas, Virgina. She was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. Norma was a consummate organizer and planner who arranged details of corporate cruise travel for Ewell’s business.

She was a gifted artist whose watercolor paintings and ceramics decorated the home she shared with her daughter and son-in-law. More recently she papercrafted beautiful greeting cards for friends and family.

Norma is survived by daughter, Karen Hemmerlein, and husband Mark.

The family would like to thank the staff at Centra Hospice, both Lynchburg and Bedford, and especially the caregivers at Bedford Hospice House and Brittany Baker of CenterWell Home Health.
