Rose Marie Anderson transitioned on Sunday June 25, 2023. She was born on December 16, 1937 to the late St. Clair Anderson Sr. and Lois Ward Anderson.

A celebration of life will be held on 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 30, 2023 at the Tharp Funeral Home Lynchburg location. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow the service at Fort Hill Memorial Park.

 Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory, Lynchburg, is assisting the family.

Rose Marie is such a dear friend. We were classmates and close buddies all throughout our days at Campbell County High School. I'm so sorry our connection through her brilliant mind has been broken. It was her brilliance that encouraged me to study harder and do better work in school; I was so fortunate to have had her as a friend. Love to all the family and my deepest condolences.
