Tiffani Denise Brimm Gilliard

September 18, 1984 - June 6, 2022

Tiffani was born to Susan Brimm (Cillie) and John Pennix in Lynchburg, Virginia on September 18, 1984. Tiffani graduated from Heritage High School in Lynchburg, Virginia in 2002. She attended Norfolk State and graduated from Cosmetology School at Pivot Point Academy (Illinois).
Tiffani and Corey met in January 2004 and were married on August 5, 2005, making their home in Norfolk Va. Deeply in love and inseparable, they would actively seek out adventures. Tiffani and Corey relocated to Chicago Illinois and then returned to Norfolk Va.
Tiffani’s pride was in her family, and she was a stay-at-home mother and had a passion for style. The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Tiffani. She loved a quiet evening with her husband and kids. Tiffani had an uncanny ability to find happiness in her daily life. Her pleasant personality was contagious to everyone she met.
Tiffani was a lover of food and movies. Some of her favorites were TGI Friday’s Sizzling Chicken and Cheese and her mother’s sweet potato pie. Tiffani loved old-school comedies like Coneheads, Beetlejuice, and Crooklyn. To know Tiffani is to have laughed with or to have shared a kind word, whether with a close friend or stranger. Those around her were drawn to her infectious personality.

Tiffani was my first friend when I moved to Virginia and we shared many great memories. She was loyal, honest, fun, and beautiful. I will miss her deeply. Her smile could light up a room. My favorite memory with her is when several random strangers would walk up to her and say she looked like Gina from the 90's show Martin! She would always get a kick out of that. Tiffani will be missed deeply.
