Mr Locy was my 7th grade teacher at Timberlake Christian School in 1977-78. I ran into Mr Locy several times over the years and saw him at Liberty University. I always enjoyed seeing him. He always seemed so young, energetic and fit. Sorry for your loss.

Mr. Locy was my 4th grade teacher at New London. He and his family lived for several years next door to my grandparents. Mr. Locy was a wonderful, supportive teacher who cared greatly about all his students. I have many fond memories from that year. My condolences to his family.
