I was so saddened to learn of my dear Uncle Walter's passing. He was the last member of my mom's siblings to pass away. Uncle Walter was funny, loving, and so kind and hospitable. Much like most of the Johnson family, he never met a stranger. My heart goes out to sweet Aunt Geri, Walt Jr., Johnny, Ann, and all of the grandchildren and great grandchildren. Uncle Walter left a legacy of joy and laughter and I will surely miss him. I'll do my best to keep his loving and jovial spirit going. ❤

We are so sorry for your loss. We think of Mr. Johnson fondly and remember the times when he would come over and make balloon animals for the kids. We remember the fun stories my parents would tell about their outings together. Mostly, we remember the love he showed when ever we would visit the church and his wonderful hugs. We will miss him as well and know he is loving and laughing and dancing in Heaven. May all your memories bring you comfort.

Walter was such an amazing man. So grateful to have met him and know him as Walter, Candy Top, and Santa’s helper! I will cherish all the pictures I have of him with both of my girls as Santa at the SML library. Every time I ever saw him I immediately smiled because he just had a presence and wisdom about him. To Gerri and all of his wonderful family, I know he will be greatly missed by all of you. Our deepest sympathy is with you all!
