I think Billy would say, "Time for me to leave you. I won't say goodbye. Look for me in rainbows high up in the sky. In the evening sunset, when all the world is through, just look for me and love me, and I'll be close to you❤

Billy was a great man as well as my cousin, he knew his Bible, he would also read me scriptures alot. Billy loved to come over and hang out so he could spoil my dog's with treats as well as himself to have lunch and for me to spoil him with haircuts and a shave. We would always talk about old times as well as new.i will miss you Billy 😔 God called you to come home to be with the angels.

My brother, Billy, was a person who loved hot fudge sundaes, studying the Bible and philosophy. He had deep thoughts about life and enjoyed sharing them with anyone who would listen. He loved cooking with his cousin, Pam, and bring treats to her dogs. Billy was blessed to have people in his life who loved and cared for him. Thank you to Melissa, who made his last day a day of scripture, prayer, and TLC. We love you, Billy. We'll see you again in heaven for a grand southern reunion!🥰
