George E. Nolley, Ed.D., 73, of Lynchburg, Va., died on Thursday, October 16, 2014. He was the son of the late George M. and Frances Ward Nolley of Mullens, W.Va. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Marion Nolley, also of Mullens, W.Va.

George received his bachelors of science from Concord College in Athens, W.Va..; his master
