George H. Hill III also known as” Nasheed Anwaar” 46 of El Paso Texas passed away suddenly on Friday, July 6, 2018. He was born on September 23, 1971 in Eglin Florida to the late Vanessa Thompson-Dixon and George Henry Hill Jr.
In addition to his late mother he was predeceased by his wife Vera Hernandez.
George attended EC Glass High School in Lynchburg, VA. He pursued his passion and became a Master Barber where he excelled in his profession. He became the owner of G’s Cutz and Clips barbershop in El Paso, Texas. George enjoyed singing and was blessed with a beautiful voice, and was talented in art and woodworking.
George is survived by his father George H. Hill Jr. and stepmother Nelia M. Hill, grandmother Margaret Hill, children Malik Anwaar, Markee McDaniel, Malik McDaniel, Jaylen Roney-Anwaar; Sisters Jean Hill, Irene Reid, and Kristie Dixon; Brothers Andrew Dixon, LaMonte Hill, Terrell Hill and aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends that are left to cherish his memory.
A celebration of George’s Life will be held on 2 p.m. July 15, 2018 at Tharp Funeral Home at 220 Breezewood Drive Lynchburg, VA. Repast will be held at the FOP Lodge on 221 Wiggington Road Lynchburg, VA. Interment will be in the Baptist cemetery at a later date.
