Gloria Cofflin Hudson Frye

Gloria Cofflin Hudson Frye of Lynchburg, Virginia passed away on November 22, 2023. Born May 6, 1940, Gloria was the daughter of the late George and Ora Cofflin, also of Lynchburg, and was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Frye. Gloria was also preceded in death by her son, Robert Gregory Hudson.

Gloria is survived by her sister Joy Coffin Staples; her daughter Kathy Thomas and her husband Ed Thomas; and her sons, Kenneth Hudson and wife Barbara Standing, and Greg Frye and wife Teresa Frye, as well as many grandchildren, grand-pets, and two great-grandchildren.

The family requests that donations in Gloria's honor be made to charities benefiting dogs, cats and horses.

Per her wishes, there will be no services held.
