Gloria Wolf

Gloria Wolf, age 90, went home to meet her Lord on June 5, 2025. She was born in Manhattan on July 20, 1934, and was raised with her sister Marion by their beloved mother Helen.

In 1958 she married the love of her life, Carl. In 1968 the family moved to Montreal and began their 50-year Canadian odyssey. Gloria moved back to the States from their home in Oakville, Ontario after Carl’s passing in 2019.

She is survived by her four children: Karl (Heidi), Diane (Billy), Helen (Jeff), Barbara (Donald) and two grandchildren Carl and Kirstin.

The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Summit Long-Term Care and Centra Hospice for the care Gloria received.

A funeral Mass will be held at Saint Thomas More Catholic Church in Lynchburg on July 18, 2025, at noon.

Tharp Funeral Home, Lynchburg, is assisting the family.
