Glovinia D. Bratzel, 96, of Lynchburg, Va., went to be with the Lord Sunday, July 23, 2017. She was the wife of the late Donald Everett Bratzel.
Glovinia was born Monday, January 24, 1921 in Keyser, WVa., a daughter of the late Daniel and Martha Rumer. She was retired from Mademoiselle Fashions where she was the store manager. She was a member of Keyser Presbyterian Church and later attended Heritage Baptist Church after she relocated to Lynchburg.
She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Bellows (Dave), Lynchburg, Va.; son, William Craig Bratzel, Whitney, Texas; eight grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings and her daughter-in-law, Sherry Bratzel.
A graveside service will take place on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at 1 p.m. in Potomac Memorial Gardens, 597 Cemetery Road, Keyser WVa., 26726.
