Goldie Ballard Peters Thomas, 84, of Moneta, went home to be with the Lord on May 5, 2018.
She was preceded in death by parents, Charles and Beulah Ballard; husband, Shirlie Peters; sons, Tony Peters and Michael Peters; daughter, Susan Napier; son-in-law, Russell Stiff; brother, Raymond Ballard; and sister, Shirley Hall.
Those left to cherish her memory include husband of 33 years, William Thomas; sons, Rodney Peters (Judy), Steven Peters (Vergie); daughter, Lisa Stiff; son-in-law, William Napier; sisters, Helen Frith, Urcelle Kingery, Patricia Richards; step-daughters, Tammy Bryant (Joe) and Anita Thomas; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Goldie will be greatly missed by all. A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Moneta Baptist Church with Rev. Danny K. Hill officiating.
