Gregory Hill Brennan

Gregory Hill Brennan passed away peacefully at home on August 16th, 2024. He was born in Somerville, N.J. on November 30th, 1950, to the late Agnes (Peggy) Blaine and James Brennan. He leaves behind his wife of 40 years, Diana Brennan, a son Gregory James Brennan; two step-sons, Mark Millhime and Michael Millhime (Kristin) and a stepdaughter, Beverly Pickering (Robin). He has a granddaughter, Destiny Brennan (Katherine) and great granddaughters Aaliyah and Sparrow. A grandson, Joseph Anthony Brennan (Brianna) and great granddaughter Saylor; brother-in-law, Randy Titus (Cathy). He also leaves his sister, Agnes(Ziggy) Schwartz and nephews Michael and Gregory Schwartz and great nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased in death by his son Joseph Anthony Brennan and his brother James Hill Brennan.

Before moving to SML, Moneta Va. He lived in Ringoes, N.J., where he worked at T.J. Lipton. He was active in the Grange and supported his sons in various activities. Upon moving to Va., he started working at the Elks National Home in Bedford, Va. And retired from there after 27 years. He was active in the Gold Wing Road Riders Association, Morgans Baptist Church, and was a Friend of the Smith Mountain Lake State Park.

Greg was amazing man as a husband, father, brother and friend. He was constantly on the move and since December he became the care giver for his wife who was an amputee. He did this until he became sick.
