Gregory Tuck

Gregory Dean Tuck, 51, of Forest, VA, died Sunday, August 28, 2011. He was the loving husband of Lisa Lewis Tuck. 

Greg was born November 19, 1959 in Halifax County. He was a son of Dean Tuck and Frances Overby Tuck of Lynchburg. 

Greg was a person who enjoyed many things in life but none more than his family. When he wasn\"™t teasing one of his relatives to make them feel more at ease, he could be found fishing at the ocean or watching his Carolina Panthers football team. His kindness and concern for other\"™s will never be forgotten by those who knew him.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by a daughter, Elizabeth Frances Tuck; a brother, Stanley Maurice Tuck and his wife, Lynda; a nephew, Nicholas Stanley Tuck; mother-in-law, Frances Lewis all from Forest; and numerous family and friends. 

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory, Lynchburg. A celebration of Greg's life will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 31, 2011 in the chapel of Tharp Funeral Home with the Rev. David Gellert officiating.
