Harvey Leon Wright

Harvey Leon Wright (Biff), 81, of Lynchburg, Va, went home with the Lord on Saturday, February 10, 2024. He was the son of the late Clarence Lawhorne and Blanche Aileen Wright Ashworth.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Anita Mallory Wright, and daughter Venessa Wright Burton.

He was survived by two daughters, Sherry Wright and Audrey Dunn; grandchildren, Zach, Mallory, Daniel Dunn, Elijah and Jacob Lee; great grandchildren, Kaelyn, Noah, Sarah, David, and Jasiah; brother Terry Ashworth; sister in laws, nieces, and nephews. As well as his church family at Love and Truth Community Church.

A visitation will be held on Monday, February 12, 2024, at Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory, Lynchburg from 6 – 8 p.m. A graveside service will be held at Fort Hill Memorial Park on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at 1 p.m. with a memorial service to follow at Love and Truth Community Church at 2 p.m.
