Helen B. Williams

Ms. Helen B. Williams, 83, of 145 Church St. Amherst Va. departed this Life on Saturday, March 11, 2023. Helen was born August 20,1939 in Amherst County to the late Raymond Williams and Mary Frances Wade Williams. Helen was employed by the Virginia Tech Extension service for 65 years. She was preceded in death by sisters, Mrs. Grace Lewis (Washington, DC.), Mrs. Betty Walker (Washington, DC), Mrs. Raymond Frances Taylor (Lynchburg, VA.), and Carl Williams (Lynchburg, Va.) She is survived by one brother John W. Williams (Lynchburg, VA.); nephew, Charles (Jeana) Williams (Forest, VA), Sherry R. Williams (Lynchburg, VA), Terrice (Carla) Taylor (Lynchburg, VA) and a host of nieces and nephews. A celebration of her life will be Saturday March 25, 2023 at 1 p.m. at the Mt Olive Baptist Church Amherst, VA. Pastor Kelvin Brown officiating the service.
