Helen E. Fitzgerald

Helen June Elliott Fitzgerald, 85, of Bedford passed away on December 31, 2020 at English Meadows in Bedford. She was born on January 14, 1935. A daughter of the late Earl Thomas Elliott and Ruby Gills Elliott. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Elmo Fitzgerald; daughter, Wanda Allen; son, Kenneth Ray Fitzgerald; grandsons, Cory Brown and Brandon Lilly; brother, Buck and two sisters, Kathleen, and Mary.

Helen was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to so many. She loved spending time with her family while cooking, traveling and long trips across the US. She enjoyed knitting, helping others, and good fellowship. She was loved by so many and will be missed.

Helen was survived by three children, David Neal Fitzgerald, Terry Lilly and her husband, Deitz and Karen Beard and her husband, Bob; eight grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; brother, Roy Elliott. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
