Howard Eugene Stinnett, 85, of Lynchburg, died Saturday, March 31, 2018.
Born on December 16, 1932, Howard was born in Lynchburg to the late Charles Noel Stinnett and Viola Harper Stinnett.
He is survived by his daughters, Yvonne Dorr (Randy Hailey) of Lynchburg and Wanda Strickland (Curtis) of Georgia; his grandchildren Roy Bowling, Jr. and Bandie Baird; and his companion, Juanita Bateman.
Howard was the owner of Tax Time. He had previously honorably served his country in the U.S. Army.
A private family service will be held.
