Inez Tyree Williams

Inez Virginia Tyree Williams, 87, of Madison Heights died Saturday May 14, 2011. She was the devoted wife of the late Clarence Edward Williams.

 

Inez was born October 1, 1923 in Amherst County a daughter of the late Clarence Tyree and Hattie Reynolds Tyree. She worked as a nurse\"™s aid with the Central Virginia Training Center and was a member of Sandy Bottom Christian Church in Madison Heights.

 

She is survived by her daughter Bonnie Falls and her husband G.R. of Amherst, granddaughter Valerie Frye and her husband Leonard of Madison Heights, grandson Keith Falls and his wife Kim of Amherst, four great grandchildren; Nicholas Frye and his wife Rebecca, Jessica Frye, Kelsey Falls, and Kyleigh Falls, brother Herman Tyree and his wife Joyce, sisters; Fitzmaurice Stern, and Jeanne Wingfield and her husband Carlton, and brother Floyd Tyree and his wife Carolyn, and numerous nieces and nephews.

 

In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a sister Patricia Walker and a brother-in-law William Stern.

 

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday May 17, 2011 at Sandy Bottom Christian Church with the Rev. Jim Freeman officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service and all other times at her daughter Bonnie\"™s residence.
