Jackie McVey, 90, of Hardy, Virginia passed away on June 21, 2022. She was born on February 11, 1932, in Ambridge, Pennsylvania to the late Reuben Korstad and Ruth M. Blakeslee Korstad. In addition to her parents, Jackie is predeceased by her granddaughter, Erin Michelle Lohr.
Jackie is survived by her husband of 70 years, Jack McVey; daughters, Leslie Schreiber (Bobby) and Diane Lohr (David); grandchildren, Courtney Schreiber, Kimberly Rubino (Dale), Stephanie Spicuzza (Robert), and John Lohr (Jenny); great-grandchildren, Jack Rubino, Brody Rubino, Logan Lohr, and Wyatt Lohr.
A private memorial service will be held in Moneta, Virginia and she will be interned at Pinelawn Memorial Park in Pinehurst, North Carolina.
