James “Ernie” Creasy, 54, of Bedford, died Friday, May 27, 2016 at his residence.
Born May 21, 1962 in Bedford, he was the son of Delores Scalf Keatts and the late Ernest Morton Creasy, Jr.
Ernie is survived by his daughter, Belinda Creasy and Michael Wilson; son: James
“ Jymmy” E. Creasy, II. and Elicia Dickson; grandchildren: Mariah Williams, Miranda Wilson, Michael Wilson, II. Akylah Bryant; sisters: Betty Barton and husband, Larry, Charlotte Karnes and husband, Chris; nieces and nephews: Lacinda Barton, Caleb Karnes and Carley Karnes.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Tharp Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour before the service at 1:00 p.m.
