James Francis Griggs

James Francis Griggs passed away on September 15th, 2014. Mr. Griggs was 90 years young at the time of his death.
He is survived by his wife Carol, four children, nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A Navy veteran of World War II, Mr. Griggs worked for the Bell System, retiring from AT&T in 1983. He traveled extensively and had so many great stories to tell. Those who knew him will never forget his quick mind, great spirit and generous heart. He will be missed.
A Memorial Service will be held for James at 10:00 a.m. Saturday September 27, 2014 in the chapel at Westminster Canterbury.
