James Ree Breeden

James Ree Breeden, 58, of Forest, formerly of Buena Vista, died on Wednesday, April 21, 2010.  He was born on May 7, 1951 in Lexington a son of the late Richard Breeden and the late Virginia Fix Breeden.

Ree is survived by his partner and best friend, Jeanie Kessler of Forest; his brother Sterling Breeden and his wife, Brenda of Charlotte, NC; his sisters Clelon Berry and her husband, Gates of Lynchburg and Lucinda Abernathy and her husband, Steven of Buena Vista; his sons, Rodney Ireland and his wife, Sally of Orange and Jason Ireland and his wife, Katrina of Australia; his granddaughter, Cassidy Ireland; Jeanie\"™s daughter, Lorie Beneke and her husband, Dale of Forest and Jeanie\"™s grandchildren and great-grandchild.

In addition to his parents he was predeceased by a brother, Billy Breeden.

Ree formerly worked at Progress Printing as a digital imaging technician and was a member of both the Lynchburg and Star City PT Cruiser Clubs and enjoyed photography.

The family will receive friends from 7:00-8:30 p.m. today, April 23, 2010 at Tharp Funeral Home, Lynchburg.  A memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 24, 2010 at Tharp Funeral Home, Lynchburg with the Rev. Kathy Nicholls officiating.
