James “Doug” Douglas Reynolds, Sr., 65, of Lynchburg, passed away on Thursday, May 12 2016. He was the husband of Brenda Irvin Reynolds for eleven years.
Born in Lynchburg on September 17, 1950, Doug was a son of James Vivian and Connie Reynolds. He loved to work on cars, and was even a mechanic for NASCAR.
Doug was preceded in death by his first wife, Robin Reynolds.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, James “JD” Reynolds, Jr. and his wife, Angie.
The family will receive friends this evening, Saturday, May 14, 2016, from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. at Tharp Funeral Home in Lynchburg. Services will be held privately.
