James Wayne Tuggle
James Wayne Tuggle, 81, born Dec. 9, 1928 passed away Thurs., June 3, 2010 at his home in Madison Heights. He was the son of the late James Edward Tuggle and the late Emma W. Duncan.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Ann P. Wood. Wayne was retired from the U.S. Postal Service after 41 years; he also served in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his second wife, Cathryn White Tuggle and a sister, Jeanette T. Almond and husband, Earl, a niece, Carolyn A. Phelps and husband, Vince; two step-sons, Randy and Ricky Foster, and two step-granddaughters, Wendy and Grace Foster.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 5, 2010 in Presbyterian Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
