Jane Kathryn Peirce Nine

Jane Kathryn Nine, 86, of Amherst, left this world to be with her Heavenly Father on Saturday, December 27, 2014. She was the loving wife of the late William George Nine for sixty-two years.
Jane was born in Brooklyn, New York on March 30, 1928, to the late Nelson and Marie Peirce.
Left behind to cherish Jane’s memory are: her daughter, Robin Nine of Amherst; son and daughter-in-law, William and Cheryl Nine of Allentown, Pennsylvania; two grandchildren: Christopher Nine of Easton, Pennsylvania, and Kimberly Holloway and her husband, Scott of Catasauqua, Pennsylvania; a sister, Alice Wilcox of Connecticut; a brother, Richard Peirce of Palmyra, Virginia; and her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Margaret and William Sexton of Amherst.
A Celebration of Jane’s life will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2014, at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel of Tharp Funeral Home, Madison Heights, with the Rev. Michael Fitzgerald officiating. A visitation will take place prior to the service from 3:30 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
