Janice Johnson Holloran

Janice Johnson Holloran, 71 of Bedford died January 23, 2017. She was born in Bedford, Virginia on July 5, 1945. A daughter of the late John Riley Johnson and Mattie Crouch Johnson. In addition to her parents Janice is preceded in death by three children, Steve Patterson, Angie Lacy and Michelle Stennette; two brothers, John Riley Johnson, Jr. and Earl Johnson.

Janice enjoyed spending time in the outdoors and going camping. She also loved crossword puzzles, crafts and playing bingo.

Janice is survived by a son Gregory Lee Overstreet; four grandchildren, Dallas Ryan Johnson, Jeremy Lee Johnson, David Dinwiddie and Meagan Dillon; ex-husband and caregiver, Keith Holloran, Jr.

A service and celebration of Janice’s life will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Friday, January 27, 2017 at Tharp Funeral Chapel in Bedford with Pastor Ray T. Lyons, Pastor Floyd Gross officiating and Pastor Christopher Atwood (ALT). Burial will follow in Virginia Memorial Park.
