Jeffrey Thomas "Speedy" Falls, Sr.

Jeffrey Thomas Falls Sr., 51, of Lynchburg, passed peacefully surrounded by his family on Wednesday, September 23, 2015.
Born Tuesday, December 3, 1963, in Lynchburg, Jeff was a son of Jim “Shamrock” Falls and Jane Watson Falls.
Jeff was preceded in death by his brother, Reggie Falls.
In addition to his parents, Jeff is survived by his son, Jeffrey Thomas Falls, Jr. and his wife, Stephanie of Forest; a granddaughter, Emily Kate Falls of Forest; two brothers, Jay E. Falls and his wife, Linda of Concord, and Mark Falls and his wife, Michelle of Evington; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Most people knew Jeff by his trucker name, “Speedy”. He was friendly, outgoing and a hard worker. He enjoyed playing internet games, especially “World of Warcraft”. A generous person, he loved to cook for his family and friends. He had a passion for cars, especially flashy and fast ones. He will be dearly missed.
A celebration of Jeffrey’s life will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 26, 2015, at Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory in Lynchburg. The family requests that everyone dress casually.
