Jennie Dooley Luck

Jennie Lee Dooley Luck, 86, of Montvale, passed away on Friday, July 20, 2018 at Bedford County Nursing Home. She was the daughter of the late, William Lee Dooley and Elizabeth Latta Dooley. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings, Elsie Schilling and William Norwood “Bucky” Dooley.

Jennie was a member of Walnut Grove church in Montvale. She loved spending time with her family. She also enjoyed cooking, going shopping, planting flowers and babysitting. She was loved by so many and will be missed my all that knew her.

Jennie is survived by her loving husband Jack “Jimmy” Noel Luck; three sons, William Christopher Luck, Rodney Neal Luck and his wife, Cindy, and John Patrick Luck and wife, Teresa; one daughter, Connie Lou Thomas; seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.

A graveside service and celebration of Jennie’s life will be conducted at 11:00 am on Monday, July 23, 2018 at Walnut Grove Church in Montvale with Pastor Bob Auxier officiating.
