Jennifer Lynn Elder

Jennifer Lynn Elder, 34, of Bedford died Saturday, November 21, 2015. She was the loving wife of Jeremy Douglas Elder. She was a devoted Christian who attended Timberlake Baptist Church. She graduated in 2000 from Timberlake Christian School. After high school, she attended Liberty University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree of Education in Speech Communication and graduated in 2004. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoyed knitting, sewing, and going to the beach.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her parents, Cindy P. and Michael R. Eberl; her three children, Benjamin Jeremy Elder, age 9; Enoch Michael Elder, age 5; Abigale Janet Elder, age 5; father-in-law and mother-in-law Douglas and Joyce Elder; sister-in-law, Jessica E. Garner and husband, James; niece, Madelyn Garner; nephews, Landon and Matthew Garner; grandmother-in-law, Madeline Hatcher.

The family will receive friends at Tharp Funeral Home, Bedford Saturday, November 28, 2015 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. A Celebration of Life will be held at Tharp Funeral Chapel following the visitation with Pastor Larry Brodie officiating. Burial will be held privately.
