Jesse William Gordon
Jesse William Gordon, 94, died on Monday, May 28, 2012 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of the late Annie Bell Gordon.
Born July 10, 1917 in Wakesville, West Virginia, he was the son of the late Oakly Gordon and the late Effie Marie Bain. He retired from Reliance Universal in Roanoke, VA.
Mr. Gordon is survived by two daughters: Polly Gordon and Patricia Reynolds and her husband, Thomas; a brother: Edward Gordon; three grandsons: Eric Creasy, Justin Witt and his wife Angel, and Karrington Tucker; a granddaughter: Amanda Witt; eight great-grandchildren and two nieces.
A graveside service will be held today, May 29, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. at Terrace View Cemetery, Forest with Pastor Don Webb officiating. The family will receive friends today, May 29, 2012 from 12:00 \"" 2:00 pm at the residence.
