Jo Lana Byrum, 51, of Lynchburg, died Tuesday, November 13, 2018.
Jo Lana was born in California on March 8, 1967, a daughter of Joel Byrum and Dorothy Brunner.
She is survived by her children, Tara McGinn (Chris), Ryan McGinn (LaKira), Anthony Shadwick, Paula Bjorgo (Justin) and Dana Jo Wheeler; grandchildren, Chance, Joseph Erik, Amelia; best friend, Kerry Brooks; nephews, Ben Wagner, David Pinney (Emily); niece Davilyn Pinney; great nieces, Aylen, Laila, Tomi Jo, Brooklyn and Paislee; and a great-nephew, Warren Jr.
Jo Lana was preceded in death by her children’s fathers, Dennis McGinn and Jimmy Shadwick. She was also preceded by her dear sister, Tomi Jean Archer.
The family will receive friends today, Thursday, November 15, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Tharp Funeral Home, Lynchburg.
