Judith Ann Burley Penny, 72 died Sunday, November 22, 2020 with her family by her side. Born on July 4, 1948 in Lynchburg, Va. a daughter of the late James Burley and Gladys Griffin.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Roger Lee Penny, brother, James Edward Penny Jr., and sisters Vickie Burley and Linda Lacass.
She is survived by her son; Roger V. Penny of Lynchburg, three grandchildren and their spouses, Crystal Penny Fudge (Tatiana), Timothy Penny (Shelly) and McKinzie Penny (Rachel) all of Lynchburg. and six great-grandchild and a sister Penny Ward.
A private family service will be held.
Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory, Lynchburg, is assisting the family.
