Judith Elaine Hamilton, 74, of Lynchburg went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 26, 2016, at The Summit.
Born on July 20, 1941, in Lynchburg, she was a daughter of Edward Harvey Hamilton and Ruby Doris Rice Hamilton who predeceased her, along with her niece, Wendy Faith Hamilton.
Anyone that knew Judith also knew she truly loved the Lord!
She is survived by her two brothers, Harvey L. Hamilton and his wife Violet, and James E. Hamilton and Kris Mayeda; her sister, Patricia H. Hooper and her husband, Larry; five nieces and nephews; and numerous other family members.
A graveside service for Judith was held at 12 noon this past Friday, May 27, 2016, at Virginia Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contribution be made to the American Cancer Society, 4240 Park Place Court, Glen Allen, Virginia 23060 or the All American Mutt Rescue, 5491 Johnson Mountain Road, Huddleston, Virginia 24104.
