Judith Marie Kuhn Mason

Judith Marie Kuhn Mason, 65, of Glade Hill, went to be with her heavenly father on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at her residence after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Philadelphia, PA on March 19, 1950. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Francis Kuhn, Jr. and Donna Wintz Kuhn.

Judy was a dedicated member of Crafts United Methodist Church in Glade Hill, VA. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, going on road trips on her and her husband’s motorcycle. She also enjoyed spending time traveling to the mountains, Myrtle Beach and going to car shows in her 2012 Yellow Chevy Camaro Convertible.

Judy is survived by her loving husband of 12 years, Allen Mason; one daughter, Dawn Marie Wunderlich; step son, Darryl Wayne Mason, brother, Joseph F. Kuhn III and his wife, Deborah; sister, Angel Kuhn Martin; also numerous nieces and nephews their spouses and many friends.

A celebration of Judy’s life and a memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 pm on January 9th, 2015 at Crafts United Methodist Church in Glade Hill. Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory, Smith Mountain Lake is assisting the family.
