Julia Hope Lukowski infant daughter of Jeremy and April Lukowski died Thursday, September 20, 2012, at Virginia Baptist Hospital.
In addition to her parents Julia is survived by her grandparents, Roy B. and Pamela Roberts, of Van Buren, AR, and Mark and Anne Lukowski, of Forest, great grandparents, Thomas B. and Mardell Moon, of Van Buren, AR, and Ester Spatz, of Forest, three aunts and uncles: Will and Sharon Clark, of Oklahoma City, OK, Derek Lukowski, of Forest and John and Lindsay Robey, of Forest.
