Julia Ryan

Julia Ryan, 80, passed away on February 23, 2022 at her residence. She was born on May 8, 1941 to the late William T. Abbott and Virginia C. Dodgion of Lynchburg. Julia is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Michael Z. Ryan, one daughter; Michelle “Renee” Ryan Wooldridge and her husband Kenneth A Wooldridge, two granddaughters; Samantha Paris and her husband Sammy, and Mary Catherine Wooldridge, one great grandson, Atlus Woolridge all of Forest, VA. She is also survived by one sister; Jeannine Gutherie of Lynchburg, one brother; W.T. David Abbott and wife Barbara of Blacksburg, and three nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one grandson, Kenneth “Allen” Wooldridge II. A private graveside service was held on February 28.
