Julieanne Dream Kaiser Carter of Lynchburg, Va. Went home to be with her Savior Jesus on Friday April 9, 2021 at the age of 43. She was a loving wife of Phillip Carter and mother to two miracle sons, Clayson Kaiser Carter and Timothy Roman Carter. Julieanne was preceded by her grandfather, Clayson Ernest Kaiser, and Phillip’s Grandmother Marie Droog Nichols.
Julieanne is survived by her husband, Phillip Carter of Lynchburg; sons, Clayson Kaiser Carter and Timothy Roman Carter; her parents, Joseph and Tina Kaiser of Michigan; her brother, Michael Kaiser of Indiana; her Grandmother, Carolyn Kaiser; Phillip’s parents, Wilson and Doris Carter; brother, Brian Carter; sister, Pamela Rawlins; as well as many other loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was greatly loved by all.
The celebration of life will be held at West Lynchburg Baptist Church on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at 1 PM. If unable to attend the service, it will be streamed on the West Lynchburg Baptist Church Facebook page.
