Kenneth John McNavish, 75, of Lynchburg, died Wednesday, February 21, 2018. He was the husband of Jacqueline Louise Carrico McNavish, for 54 years.
Born Friday, May 08, 1942 in Carnegie, PA, Kenneth was a son of the late John F. McNavish and the late Sophia Mazur McNavish.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother John McNavish and nephew Robert Allen Trujillo.
In addition to his wife, Kenneth is survived by his children, Christopher Mark McNavish and his wife, Lee, Denise Renee Fink and her husband, Michael, and Michael Scott McNavish; grandchildren, Colin Sheppard McNavish, Patrick Lee McNavish, and Madison Lee Fink; great granddaughter, Amelia Rose McNavish; brother Gerald McNavish and his wife, Gloria; niece Angela Hope Jones; nephew Nicolas McNavish, and many other nieces and nephews.
Kenneth was a caring and responsible husband and father, a workaholic he retired from GE/Ericsson and went on to work for Advance Auto. He loved cars, building and driving them. Another passion was photography of which he had a great eye for.
The family will receive friends from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday February 28, 2018 at Tharp Funeral Home, Lynchburg.
