Kenny Irwin Alper, age 68, passed away January 18, 2021, at Lynchburg General Hospital.
Kenny was born on May 5, 1952, in Lynchburg to the late Helen Adler Alper and Hyman Alper. He worked for many years as a tailor at Alpers Mens Shop and loved rock and roll music and his Siamese Cats.
He is survived by his sister Sharon Alper Lerner and her husband Richard Lerner of Leland, N.C.; his niece, Amy Lerner Campbell and husband Trofe Campbell and their children Bailey, Hunter and Brock of Leland, N.C. Kenny is also survived by long time loyal friends Carleton Bo Hall and Florence Hall of Altavista, and other special friends Ann Harvell and Dennis Wright.
In leu of flowers please make donations to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
A private burial will be held.
