Kimberly Diane Hahn
Kimberly Diane Hahn, 53, of Lynchburg was called to Heaven Monday June 17, 2013 after a very courageous battle with cancer. She was the loving wife of Walter J. Hahn, Jr.
Kimberly was born March 6, 1960 in Lynchburg a daughter of Robert E. Driskill of Lynchburg and Betty Davidson Ligon also of Lynchburg. Kimberly worked as Director of Operations for Genworth Financial and was a member of Peakland United Methodist Church.
In addition to her husband and parents she is survived by her children:, Lindsey Hahn of Lynchburg, Walter J. Hahn, III of Charleston, SC, and Emily Hahn of Charleston, SC, one grandson Mason Randolph Williams, two brothers: Bobby Driskill and his wife Kim, and Mike Davidson and his wife Michelle all of Lynchburg, and one sister Teri Davidson VanHorn and her husband Kevin of Salem. She also leaves behind many dear friends and her Genworth family.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Friday. A Celebration of Kimberly\"™s Life will be held at 12:00 p.m. Friday June 21, 2013 in the chapel of Tharp Funeral Home Lynchburg with the Rev. C. Douglas Pillow officiating.
Memorials may be made to the Alan B. Pearson Regional Cancer Center 1701 Thomson Dr. Lynchburg, VA 24501.
