Kimble Wayne Burch

Kimble Wayne Burch, 46, of Forest, passed away peacefully with a smile on his face having his beloved family by his side on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 after battling cancer courageously. He was the most romantic, exciting, loveable, faithful and spontaneous husband to Lisa Perez Burch.

He was born November 16, 1967 in Waynesboro, VA, a son to Madeline Floyd Mawyer and her husband Harold of Amherst and the late Ernest Yale Burch, Jr. Kimble was the Vice President of Regional Sales with B&W Nuclear Energy, a 1986 graduate of Amherst High School, 1990 graduate of Radford University and a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. He was a former employee of AREVA, a former coach with the Boonsboro and Forest Recreation Youth Leagues and was compassionate about coaching his sons, Yale and Sean. He was a life- long fan of the Dallas Cowboys and an avid fan and supporter of UVA sports, which this tradition and support is being carried on and followed in his footsteps by his sons.

Kimble\"™s zest for life, love of family and friends, competitive desire, and contagious smile can best be summed up from a recent Facebook post by his friend Sherry Falls: \"Dear Lord, As Kimble sits at your throne, with all the stars in his crown from his life here on earth, help him to always be that whisper in the wind, the snowflake falling down, the sunshine on their faces, the sounds of a crack of a bat in the baseball season and the cheers in the stands during his beloved times at Scott Stadium enjoying the game. Let him be great memories forever in his buddy\"™s hearts and a friend that none of us ever forget! Such a gentleman with a kind word for everyone I ever knew and came across. Let him be there not in a earthly body for his sons but as their guardian angel thru their adult lives and Sean's teen years and into manhood. Always let Kimble give Lisa signs of his love as I know he will. My heart breaks but knowing that he is with you Lord I rejoice in knowing he is not suffering, he is not in pain and he is eternally yours and our memory. Rest in peace sweet man my friend Kimble Burch! You touched so many and I will never forget you. Lord help those suffering from this loss and help Lisa to be able to take care of and be there for the boys. In Jesus name my prince of peace I pray this prayer ……Amen What a fight …. What a man….. What a friend ….. What a brother, son, husband and dad !!!! Fly High you beautiful angel I know you have already lit heaven up with your smile ! You will always be missed and never be forgotten…. Rest In Peace!!\"

In addition to his wife and mother, Kimble is survived by two sons, Dennis \"Yale\" Burch and Sean Carver Burch both Forest; two brothers, Michael Yale Burch and his wife, Jane and their son, Matthew Yale Burch all of Leesburg and Ronald Dean Burch and his wife, Martha and their daughter, Michelle Nicole Burch all of Wasilla, Alaska; his father-in-law, Roger Gonzalo Perez and his wife, Kathy; brother-in-laws, Roger O\"™Hara Perez and his wife, Vicki and their children, Alec, Derrick and Paige and Dustin Lee Eby and his daughter, Sophia all of Maryland; a special cousin, Teresa Belcher and her husband Kevin, whom he treated and considered them like a sister and brother and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who loved, admired and adored him.
