Lacy Goff Cundiff

Lacy Beatrice Goff Cundiff, 88, of Moneta, Virginia went home to be with her Lord and savior Jesus Christ on November 24, 2024. She was born on July 3, 1936, in Bedford, Virginia a daughter of the late Hubert Goff and Virginia Goff. In addition to her parents Lacy was Preceded in death by her husband, Davis McFadden Cundiff; daughter, Wanda Trail; brothers, Russell Goff, Jimmy Goff.

 Lacy was employed at G.E.in Lynchburg about ten years, after having their second set of twins, they moved from Big Island to Moneta. She was a faithful member of Flint Hill Baptist Church and so enjoyed all the years she volunteered with us at Agape. She loved to cook not only for her family, but also for others. Lacy was a cafeteria worker at Stanton River High School and helped out at other schools several years. She worked in the deli at Whitehouse store and Apple market. Along with cooking she also enjoyed reading her bible and word search books. 

 Lacy is survived by her sons, Terry Cundiff, Ray Cundiff, Jerry Cundiff; daughter Virginia “Punkin” Cundiff; sisters, Nancy Carter, Barbara Dudley (Roger), Lorranie Shores (Pat), Diane Robey; grandchildren, Brenda, Teresa, Wayne, Tanner, Brandon, Terri, Daniel, Brandi; special friends, Sheila Saunders, Carlton Cooper; numerous nieces and nephews, and friends.

 A Funeral service will be held at 2:00pm Friday, November 29, 2024 at Flint Hill Baptist Church, Moneta, Virginia with Rev. Jimmy Dooley officiating. The family will receive friends One hour prior to the service.
