Larry Allen Bruffy Jr. passed on Monday September 16, 2024. He was born to the late Jane Elizabeth Bruffy and Larry Allen Bruffy Sr.
Larry leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories for his three children; Kasey Madison Bruffy and Jacob Allen Bruffy and Tyler Shawn Arthur; grandchildren; Easton-Phillip Arthur, Ember Beckner; two sisters, Evelyn Chapman and Amanda Davidson a loving fiancé, Jody Woody and her mother and stepfather Linda Salonia and Clifton Massie her two children, Charles Allen O’brien and Sabrina Elizabeth Jenkins and grandchildren; Sophie O’brien, Riley O’brien, Carter O’brien, Destiniee O’brien, Ta’layah Jenkins and Marley Jenkins. Larry is also survived by his good friends Harvey and Theresa Miller his nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.
Larry was a dedicated father and grandfather who loved serving his community and lived life to the fullest. He was a family man who was adventurous and enjoyed anything outdoors especially the beach. Larry was a very intelligent man that was well versed all around. He was a hero and served his country in the United States Marine Corps.
A visitation will be held at Tharp Funeral Home, Madison Heights, from 4 P.M. - 6 P.M. on Thursday, September 26, 2024. A scattering service will be held at 11 A.M. on Monday, September 30, 2024 at the Old City Cemetery with military honors.
